All Children See
All Children See (ACS) is a public service program that matches patients with pediatric ophthalmologists who provide comprehensive eye exams at no-cost to children who have failed a vision screening or have other concerning eye conditions.
How it Works
- Fill out an application to see if a child is eligible.
- Eligible patients will be provided a list of volunteer ophthalmologists based on their zip code for selection.
- Applicants will receive an email with a referral letter with the volunteer ophthalmologist’s contact information. The applicant should then call to schedule an appointment for the child.
- ACS volunteers also receive an email referral letter with the name of the eligible patient.

Program Qualifications
All Children must:
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident under the age of 18
- Be uninsured or financially unable to pay a co-pay
- Have either failed a vision screening, was unable to complete the screening, or has an eye concern
Only ACS eligible children receive free care through the ACS program.
